Myofascial Release
MFR has been shown to reduce pain and restore motion within the body. No lotions or waxes are used on the skin which enables the therapist to accurately palpate fascial restrictions then apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate tissue release, ease restrictions and improve fluid flow.
It can improve a variety of issues such as:-
Back Pain, Headaches, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, Endometriosis, Carpal tunnel, Tennis Elbow and Neck Pain
The neurofascial system of the body is relatively newly discovered and treating it effectively can enhance mobility, stability, reduce chronic pain and overall wellbeing

Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle non invasive approach to ease tension, promote relaxation, reduce pain and restore equilibrium. The craniosacral system, which is comprised of the skull bones, membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, plays an important role in allowing the body to function properly.
CST is extremely beneficial to babies and young children as well as adults of all ages.
The birthing process can create many challenges for both the newborn baby and Mum. Compression and misalignment may occur to the cranial bones, spine or pelvis. This can disrupt the nervous system which can cause discomfort in many areas, for instance the gut which could result in colic or difficulty feeding.
